Shipping and return conditions
If your choice of merch is in stock, I will send it to you directly and it shouldn’t take more than about a week to arrive. However since we don’t have a large amount of stock, it might happen that we have to still order your choice from the printer and in that case it will take a bit longer. Either way we’ll keep you posted and if you have any questions beforehand you can always email merch@monkibusiness.nl.
Since all items are made to order, refunds are not possible. However, if you have an issue with a size you ordered, please contact us at merch@monkibusiness.nl and we will help you out. In that case however, extra shipping costs will be at your own costs.
